Day 1

Arrival

Welcome briefing with your bike guide (depending on arrival time) to get prepared for your first Dolomites experience.

Day 2

Extreme bike challenge

First-day challenge - bike up and down the stunning Dolomites mountains.
Extreme bike options:
Mountain bike:
you partly cycle in high alpine terrain, 115 km long and 4,000 meters of altitude difference.
Road bike:
length of 193 kilometers and 4,700 meters in altitude, during which you will cycle through 7 Dolomite passes.

Day 3

Canyoning & Rafting: Nature, rock, water, and fun!

Today, be prepared for canyoning, a descent down rocky creek beds that run through streams or gorges dug into the rock. You will overcome waterfalls, drops, and ponds, just using ropes. If you are not tired enough, in the afternoon you will ride the river rapids (rafting) aboard special dinghies, overcoming natural obstacles such as stones or rapids that the watercourse presents. This will be a day of pure adrenaline!

Day 4

Unique emotions and sensations... hike & fly

Ready for one of the more exciting days of your Dolomites tour? Today, you will discover the majestic mountains flying over their top thanks to free paragliding! This is the easiest and most intuitive way to fly and requires no special skills when accompanied by experienced instructors.

Day 5

Extreme hiking challenge “Peaks 4”

The “4 Peaks Alta Badia'' challenge is an adventure, adrenaline, and breathtaking experience that will definitely push you to overcome your limits. The goal is to climb the four peaks: Sasso di Santa Croce (Sas dla Crusc 2,907 m), Cima Dieci (Piza dales Diesc 3,026 m), Lavarella (3,055 m) and Conturines (3,064 m), in one day (11 hours). A “light variant” is also available for those who prefer secured terrain.

Please note, that all guided tours may be subject to changes, depending on:

  • weather conditions
  • the physical condition and ability of each participant
  • Please note: this is a very difficult tour and the participants have to be very well-trained to be able to do it.
  • equipment and clothing not suitable for the excursion (e.g. sneakers instead of mountain boots, clothing not suited to the weather conditions...)
  • this tour is available from mid-June (until the end of June there may also be patches of snow) to the end of September
  • MTB is surefootedness and good driving technique prerequisite! On ca.1 km there is a danger of falling. The route leads to the high alpine terrain! The bike must be pushed several times.
  • Extreme sports are risky sports. Participation at your own risk.
  • On the MTB route, there is a section of about 1 km with a fall hazard, which is at your own risk.
  • The itinerary doesn’t include any travel or health insurance
