Customers say about us

Ciao Manuela & Simona, I will definitely consider going back to the Dolomites as I think there's still more that I want to see.. so I will let you know when I'm ready....thanks again for the perfect organization of our trip.
Edward Lau - Singapore
I was a solo traveller from Sydney, Australia, with dreams of hiking the Italian Dolomites. After doing some research, I reached out to InfoDolomites and Manuela and Simona very quickly scheduled a phone call to discuss the services provided. From the moment we connected, it was clear that Manuela was the perfect person to create an incredible experience for me. Manuela listened & took into account my status as a solo traveller. She was able to completely personalise the trip with my wishes whilst also adding numerous suggestions on things to do and places to visit. From receiving my day-to-day hiking itinerary, restaurant recommendations, and hotel arrangements to meeting her upon my arrival for a trip briefing, it was the most seamless process. Throughout my stay, Manuela acted as my travel organiser, guide, driver and almost like a mum, ensuring I felt safe and well-cared for at all times. She quickly adapted to any changes in weather conditions, always prioritising my safety and enjoyment. She even left me with some delightful surprises along the way. Her dedication and passion for her work were evident in every aspect of my trip. I cannot recommend Manuela and her services highly enough. I walked away from this experience with so much gratitude for the unforgettable journey I had. If you’re planning to explore the Dolomites – Manuela is the best there is!

Hello Manuela! Yes we are home and back to work/school. We would be very happy to give feedback! As you know we were so happy with our stay and ski safari at the Dolomites. I cannot thank you enough for your help. I appreciate your advice, your kindness and your patience. We really liked Hotel R.! The best 3* hotel ever. The food was fantastic as you say. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. All the rifugios were also fantastic. And Luca was just superb. We couldn't have done it without him. He was knowledgable, funny and nice and best of all, a fantastic guide. He was also great with the children. I am seriously thinking about coming back in the summer!

Your help was invaluable in the success of our family summer vacation, and we wanted you to know how much we appreciated your expertise and guidance--your local connections and insights made everything possible. We loved the hotel in San Cassiano. The 2 rifugio trips worked out perfectly. All the places were different in some way, but we would rate them all very highly. Your timely communication in English really helped make everything work seamlessly for us. We look forward to our next Dolomite adventure!
